What dealers ask us.
How long until my website is live?
Usually one working day. Send us your list of cars in the morning and you'll have the link ready to share by the evening.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. Everything works from your phone: photos, price, publishing. If you can post on Instagram, you can use Veturas.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. If you have a domain, we connect it to your website. If not, we register one in your name (e.g. autosalloni.com), free for the first year. Until then your website also works on a free veturas.com address.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every car gets its own page, with a title, price and photos that Google can read. A new domain needs a few weeks before it shows up regularly in search, then it grows with every car you add. We don't promise the top spot: nobody can honestly promise that.
Can I list my cars on the portals too?
Yes. For every car Veturas gives you ready listing text and the photos as JPEG, for MerrJep and other portals. On mobile.de you publish, update and remove the ad straight from Veturas, once mobile.de opens the access for your account.
What does Veturas AI do with my data?
It only suggests: the text, the reply, the next step. Nothing in your dashboard changes without your approval. Buyers' names and numbers are never sent to the AI, it only sees them as codes. Chats with the assistant are not stored on our side: they stay in your browser and are cleared when you log out.
What happens when a car is sold?
Mark it as sold with one tap. Leave it on the website with a “Sold” label or hide it completely. Its leads stay in the history.
Who helps me when I have a problem?
We do, personally, by WhatsApp, phone or email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your website is down, we reply within 2 hours.
How do I pay?
Nothing to pay until we contact you. Then you start by paying the first three months up front (€225) or the full year (€799). After the first three months it's a monthly invoice, and the yearly plan renews each year. No setup fee and no credit card: a proper invoice. If you're not happy in the first 30 days, we refund months two and three (on the yearly plan, everything except the first month).
What if I want to leave?
Give one month's notice. There is a €25 cancellation fee. We export your cars, leads and photos for you and transfer your domain. Nothing stays locked with us. In the first 30 days the guarantee applies instead, with no fee.
What happens if I pay late?
We remind you first. If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after the due date, your public website is suspended until it's paid. Your data stays untouched and you can still see it in the dashboard.
